- durable, machine-washable sock yarn
- high strength of the sock yarn due to 4-ply twisting and thus good durability of the socks
- the fiber is "superwash" treated, so it can be easily washed in the washing machine at 40 C° on a gentle cycle; the sock yarn does not felt.
- "Superwash" means that the wool is treated by chemical processes to prevent felting. The scales of the wool are partially removed, preventing them from interlocking (= felting). Additionally, the fiber is protected by a wash-resistant film.
